Survey durations vary by project size, typically ranging from a few days to a few weeks. We will specify in our proposal how long a particular project will take, so you know from the start.
Do you have a surveyor registrant on staff?
Yes, our registrant is Benjamin Tilman, RLS #55698, able to seal legal land documents such as records of survey and legal descriptions.
What areas do you serve?
We are happy to accept work anywhere in the State of Arizona.
Can you assist with land disputes or property boundary issues?
Yes, we provide expert property determinations and documentation to help resolve boundary concerns.
How can I pay for my survey?
We currently accept check, cash, and ACH payments.
What should I prepare before scheduling a land survey?

What do you need from me for a proposal?
In general, we need a property address or APN, your full name and contact information. Please use the form on our Contact page to let us know what type of survey you need.
